Problem connecting to feeds

When I start NT 7 it shows me as being connected to Google in the bottom left hand corner. However, when I go to New > Chart and add AAPL, I see no chart in the resulting window. I have tried connecting to the free end of day service from Kinetick but the same issue occurs.

However, if I open any of the default charts, for example, ES 09-11 this displays?

Thank you for your post.

If you are using the Google or Kinetick End of Day connection, please make sure you are opening End of Day intervals such as Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly intervals.

In order to open intraday intervals such as minute or tick, you will need to be subscribed to a real-time data provider.
