Can't get any charts loaded when connected to MBTrading

I can connect to yahoo or kinetick just fine and get charts up but not with MB

Can you tell me which instruments you're attempting to load and what interval you're looking to chart data in?

Also, would that be NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.7 or another version? To check, click Help > About.

yes 7.0.1000.7 any instrument... spy, aapl... even the ES or any future Min... day... nothing. thanks for the quick response.
