    Zenfire Problems?

    My zenfire connection is halted at Aug 26 17:42:25 (6E contract) 17:44:30 (CL contract) and thereabouts. I e-mailed zenfire, no response as yet. Anyone else having this problem? I'm connecting to my account fine, it is a demo login.

    Thanks for writing in.

    It is possible that the data is simply being excluded by a session template that doesn't use data from Saturday.

    To retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.
    • Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
    • In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.
