How do I move chart without compressing it?

i use charttrader and dont like the way the chart crowds out any space above or below the trading range. It leaves no room to 'park' and order from ATM and then move it to the entry level. If I 'F' fix the chart, it requires it to compress which is not a good option either. Can a chart be shifted up or down without compression?

To move the chart up or downplease follow the steps below.

• Move your mouse to the Y-Axis
• Hold down the Ctrl button and left mouse button
• While holding down both Ctrl + Left Mouse button move the mouse up or down
