24/7 Charts

The CL 10-11 tick chart will not load the 24/7 data - it shows only the day data. I deleted the chart and remade, but same thing. Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

Can you tell me the following:

- What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About, this will look like 7.0.1000.x

- Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

- Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center? If errors are found, please report.

- What happens if you reload the historical data? Right click in your chart -> 'Reload All Historical Data'

If this option is greyed out, please restart NinjaTrader and try again.

This usually means NinjaTrader cannot access the historical data servers from your provider.
