Times and Sales not working

I open New>T&Sales but the new window is dead. I cannot right-click and select instrument.Any solution?

Are you currently connected to a real time data provider? Should show Connected - in the lower left in green. Who are you connected to and what instruments have you tried?

Yes. IB is the provider

I want to enter ES but i cannot enter any. Right click is not working.

Make sure you're right clicking in the bottom pane of T&S. Does right click work in other areas of NT, like a chart?
