Kinetick Data With No Data?

Hello,

I recently downloaded the demo NT7 platform and subscribed to Kinetick CME data. I connected NT to Kinetick but am unable to access any quotes in the 'Instrument Manager' or any other way. NT Log says Kinetick is connected.

Is there a setting that I may be missing?

Thank you for your note.

Please answer the following questions so I may further assist:

• What version of NinjaTrader do you currently have installed which can be found under Help-->About.
• Are you receiving data within the Orders tab of the Control Center?
• Are there any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center?
• What time interval chart are you attempting to open?
• When you right mouse click within your chart are you able to Reload historical data or is the option grayed out?
• What instrument and expiry month are you attempting to load?

I just repaired and reset the database in the options window and that seemed to clear everything up. I'm not sure how it got messed up.
