NT unable to load EUR.USD data

NT is unable to load eur.usd.

I have 2 stategies running this and open positions

what do I do?

josechu, what NT7 version and broker / dataprovider are you using? What error would you get if attempt to create a new chart for the EURUSD symbol? Is this a tick or time based chart interval you attempt to load?

hi,

I use Ibrokers as broker and dataprovider, the problem is that NT is unable to load EURUSD in the control center so I cannot see quotes, my positions, accounts, etc are loaded but don't change as the EURUSD is not looaded. What is more, when I try to load it, teh box says that tick size is 0,0005 and point value is 1
I don't understand anything, what have happened!!

josechu, can you please then disconnect from IB, goes to Tools > Options > Data and Reset your instruments, then restart NT7 and reconnect to IB fresh. Would you then see EURUSD quotes coming in?

I see quotes, I load charts and strategies but:
1) strategies and my positions don't change, don't update, like having no value against the mkt
2) strategy analyzer doesn't work properly
