    Enabling Chart Trader

    I have several Time Intervals linked for each of a number of currencies.

    How can I get the Chart Trader to appear on more than one chart or if that is not possible then how do I remove it from one chart and add to another.

    Hello Alan,

    Thank you for your post.

    You may enable Chart Trader on all charts if you would like by left mouse clicking on the Chart Trader icon within the chart Toolbar.

      Out of 4 charts of same currency the Chart Trader is active on one, all the other charts the icon is greyed out.

        On the charts that this icon is Grey do you have an Automated Strategy applied to the chart? If so unfortunately you can not have an Automated Strategy and Chart Trader enabled on the same chart.

          Thanks Christopher, that resolved it.

          Although there were strategies they were not enabled, I thought that was OK and that they did not actually have to be removed.

          Is there a link where I can learn what can/can't be done mixing strategies, chart trading etc when on the live system?

            Unfortunately we do not have any documentation available at this time within our Help Guide however I will forward this suggestion to our education department.
