Can't install NT7

Hello,

I can't install NT7 (7.0.1000.7). I try :

- With IE8. Many times, I delete all my cookies and history brower (my cache is 450Mo)

- With Firefox (just installed)

- different configurations of Kaspersky Internet Security 2011

Each time, I have NT7 seems to be downloaded correctly (43Mo) and after absolutely nothing happens

Please help me , because I have no other ideas
