Data Series Settings

What are the settings in Data Series: Load data based on; days to load; end date; session template? For the last several weekends, my software is not receiving the data even though the NT control center shows that I am connected.

Also, the date on each of the charts gives Friday's date and not the current one.

Thanks for posting.

It sounds to me that the issues here are based on session template.
To retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.

• Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
• In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.

Yes, I did that 24/7.

Hi cmqjan,

With that 'Default 24/7' template in place, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

Let me know if that doesn't do the trick for you.

When I right-click on the chart, the option to Load All Historic Data is not available for selection.
