Although I have about 10 years experience of trading, I am new to NT.

Please could someone suggest a good book for a C# beginner with NT

Pat, welcome here to our forums - any entry level C# book would be a good start for reading up on the base language behind NinjaScript, more specific are our tutorials for creating indicators or strategies :

If you press F1 in NinjaTrader, you will enter the comprehensive helpguide - under the NinjaScript entry you find the Language Reference section that would explain and list all supported NinjaScript methods and some additional tips / programming concepts to get you started.

I have bought Microsoft's Visual C# 2010 for about £20

Well it is straight from the " horses mouth" and it has a disk to practice with.

I had a terible problem downloading NT 7 on my dial-up connection. However I have solved this problem with a free on the web dialup manager. OK I have downloaded the program but nothing much shows after 5 seconds of a picture. Kyle Nottingham is on the case so I hope to be up and running soon.
