    Problem IB-NT7

    Hi.

    I have a problem with the connection InteractiveBrokers - NT7.

    For months I have worked without problems but today I have a serious and strange problem.

    I have a workspace where there is European index futures and Americans index futures.

    When I connect to IB NT7 the historical data of American index futures are loaded correctly, but the historical data of European index futures are not loaded.

    When I try to download historical data on european index futures meet me the next message (you can see the screenshot).

    The chart is completely blank and start getting ticks from 0.

    This happens to me with this futures: FGBL, DAX, IBEX35 and CAC 40.

    I try to load the historical data of European future on another computer and I have no problems. The problem is that I need to work on this computer.

    I tried to do several things:

    a) I erased the NT7 and all the folders, and I have returned to restore through a backup. But I still I have the same problem.

    b) To test, I deleted a symbol of a Europe Index Future and have returned to recreate it.
    I still continued to have the same problems.

    What can I do to solve this?

    Thank you for your post.

    Interactive Brokers imposes a limit in the ammount of data you can request at a time. When this limit is breached, you receive that error message.

    The only way around this would be to request less data or request data less often.

    For more information about this, you will need to follow up with Interactive Brokers.

      Yes I knew it.

      The problem is that I'm getting this message even if only download 1 day in the current expiration (eg FDAX 09-11)

      What can I do?

        Do you happen to have any Workspaces running in the background? If so please close those Workspace to be sure they are not requesting data as well.
