Chart a big red X

A chart is started and as i try to change something, like add VOL or change time frame, it just turns into a big red X through entire chart window. Firs time im seeing this so wonder whats wrong?

bagzi, what NT version would you run as this happens? You can check under Help > About.

It would also be great if you could contact us via Help > Mail to Support, check to include your workspace files and trace / logs so we could attempt to reproduce this issue inhouse here.

I just installed whats available version from the website. 1000.6 i think for NT7. Its brand new installation and just started to create workspaces and templates. Will try to mail to support as u suggested
