IB to Kinetick, datawise?

Am trying my ninjatrader live config this week.

Very unhappy with the latency/data request performance through IB. I am thinking I will switch to Kinetick as my primary data provider and simply use IB to execute, but i need some questions answered and cant receive a phone call from the company as I attempt to spend more money with NT/Kinetick than I am now. Can someone please contact me over the phone? I will PM my info to whichever employee can get me a sales rep. TY.
