FDAX 1min chart is frozen

Hallo,

i´m using FDAX 1min charts and the chart is frozen without relatime update.

at the same time i´m using FGBL also in 1min chart and this works fine.

I´m using zen-fire and the latest NT version.

What ist the problem?

Hello Blackburn,

Can you please check what session template you have selected in the Data Series menu of the FDAX chart. The 'Session template' setting determines at what times you receive data in the chart.

If 'Session template' is set to <Use instrument settings>, please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the instrument in question and click Edit. You can now view what session template is used for the instrument.

Subsequently, the Session Manager allows you to view the settings of the session template, but allows you to configure them to your liking or create brand new ones as well. More information regarding the Session Manager can be found at the following link.

The 'Default 24/7' session template does not exclude any time, so if you select it in the Data Series menu, the chart should receive real-time data.

Hallo Jason,

i try different session templates without any success:

- 24/7
- Eurex Equity Index Futures

Which datafeed/broker connection are you connected to? Also, in which connection sequence (i.e. I connect to Kinetick and then IB)?
- connect to zen fire (but demo account)

b) Do you receive any data for the instrument in the Control Center or SuperDOM?
- NO

c) Which instrument are you attempting to receive data for?
- FDAX 09-11

d) Can you re-produce this behavior? Could you please provide exact steps.

I got the chart with bars, but frozen, no update follow

e) What happens when you close your chart and open a New Chart under File > New > Chart?
- the same

f) Have you installed any 3rd Party NinjaTrader indicators/strategies? If yes, please specify which ones and of which version (if possible).
- no

Do You habe any ideas?

ES, FGBL, YM and works well with te same settings; i have only problems with FDAX.

Can you please disconnect from Zen-Fire and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments.

Restart NinjaTrader and check if you now receive real-time data for the FDAX 09-11.
