trading GBPUSD in cash account with MBTrading

when long, sell stops are not filled even though market trades below the stop

when short, buy stops are filled when Ask reaches the stop even though the market (Last) never trades at the stop. Note attachment...buy stop is at 1.6320 and is hit while bar high is 1.6320. Possibly there is a minimum size required to plot?

this only happens with FOREX...trading futures (6B) the stops work as expected...Zenfire Mirus cash acct

is this an NT bug or a problem with MBTrading?

ATI user, the trading 'experiene' for both products is different as the futues would not have such a spread, however the buy / sellstops would always be filled at the bid / ask in the market you're trading.

If you're unsure if a stop should be filled or not, please check the current Level 1 market data you see for your spot product for example in the Control Center.

I am not questioning the price at which the stop is filled but rather that it should not have been hit.

ATI user, is this chart build on 'Last'? You cannot use the last as an indication of whether your buy / sell stops should be hit or not - it's not available in FX, normally the chart is run on the bid price here.

a good solution is to use a Bid based chart for long positions and an Ask based chart for short positions
