Can't get charts on Kinetick

Hello,
I'm trying to load charts with Kinetick. I am connected, but no charts are loading. What can I do to solve this. Thanks

Thank you for your post.

Are you charting in a daily interval by any chance?
If you are, please:

• Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
• In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.

After making that change, daily data should be available to you.

Thanks for the reply. No I'm intraday with bar charts. I switched to daily and did get a daily chart according to your suggestion. How would I get intraday charts?

Unfortunately, intaday data is not available with the Free Kinetick EOD connection - it offers daily interval data only.
