Unable to put in orders while connected to Kinetick and IB

My connections seem fine but my orders do not go through. It says it gets filled but on the "kinetick account" (I'm guessing a sim account?) Please help.

Thanks for your post.

So that I can look in to this, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com.

In the message, please include the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) A copy of your license key. (Help > License Key)

3.) A copy of your log file from the last date you tried to place an order.
You'll find the log in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
Today's log file would be named 'log.20110813.txt'.
