No chart data for SE, SB, CT

Hi,

I have never been able to load any chart data for (at least) the following instruments;

SE, SB, CT

I realize these are all on the NYBOT, however I can load data for the DX, also on the NYBOT.

I am using the ZenFire and Kinetic (EOD) data providers. Is there something I am missing here?

Do you connect to Zen-Fire or Kinetick first?

Which interval are you charting?

Are you seeing error messages pop up? If so, what do those messages report?

I connected to ZenFire first, then when it didn't work I also connected to Kinetic.

The time period is daily, and I also tried 60min.

No errors appear. It does the "Loading..." message, then it clears and the screen is blank.

Hello eplum,

Please note that Zen-Fire itself does not provide any historical data itself. Zen-Fire users will load historical data from our historical data server. Unfortunately, our historical data server does not record data for these instruments, so you will not load any historical data.

You can enable 'Save chart data as historical' at Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab. All real-time data you receive in charts will be saved in NinjaTrader. That way you can save historical data yourself.

When you connect to Zen-Fire - Kinetick EOD, you will load all data from Zen-Fire. I connected to Kinetick EOD first and I was able to load daily charts for the CT and SB. Unfortunately, I did not receive data in the SE chart - it seems the SE is not supported with Kinetick EOD.
