How to renew license?

I received a pop-up message stating my NT license expires on the 14th. I emailed customer service and have not received a rsponse yet.

I need to renew today, since I'll be out of town for 2 weeks. Take my money...please!

No response from NT regarding Re-licensing

I purchased a subsrription renewal a few days ago as advised. I still have not received a new key. Also, I emailed support and have not received a response. My license expires on Monday, so I would REALLY like to have this issus resolved today.

Personalized support would be greatly appreciated...PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

CheckM8t, what email address did you use to a) purchase the license and b) send a note to support?
