Chart not advancing

Using MB Trading data feed, equity instrument SDS, 1 minute candlesticks.
The bid and ask prices are updating, but the chart candlesticks are not advancing each minute.
Everything worked okay yesterday, and no changes were made since.
I tried restarting NT.
What can cause this?

Hello Camdo,

Can you please check what session template is selected in the Data Series menu of the chart. Please right click the chart and select 'Data Series'. The 'Session template' setting determines at what times you receive data in the chart.

If 'Session template' is set to <Use instrument settings>, please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the instrument in question and click Edit. You can now view what session template is used for the instrument.

Subsequently, the Session Manager allows you to view the settings of the session template, but allows you to configure them to your liking or create brand new ones as well. More information regarding the Session Manager can be found at the following link.

The 'Default 24/7' session template does not exclude any time, so if you select it in the Data Series menu, the chart should receive real-time data.

If the issue remains, can you please check if your PC clock is set to the correct time and date.

I just got a message from MB:
"Ticker in Montage unavailable, will advise."
I will assume for the moment that this is the problem.
