Lag hurting me

My Ninja 7 has been lagging when alot is happening on the screen, like whats been going on lately. I tried reducing things on the charts, even only running like 3 days on one chart and it still lags in big volume situations. I have a very good computer. It runs everything else smoothly while the Ninja is sitting there lagging out. I am having to trade stocks/etfs instead of futures because of this problem. I have an Imac with windows 7 on it. Any suggestions, I have tried 64 and 32 bit, still lags while everything else is smooth sailing.

Also when I say it lags it is not internet or anything as my connection is very fast. It is the program itself freezing up and lagging which is a shame because ninja is so great.

In the message, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

You'll find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file I'm after would be named 'trace.20110809.txt'.

OK I reported it but noone emailed me about how to fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Can you give me the subject line of the email you should have received confirming that we have received the email. As if you have not got a response means something has happened.
