Chart trader value not changing

Hi astrolobe,
So that I can further investigate, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com.
In the note, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.
You'll find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file will be named in a 'trace.YYYYMMDD.txt' format.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service

Just installed Kinetick and now have the same problem as Astrolube depicted in the jpg in his 9:44 8-9 message. The install may not be in play, but after several months of trouble-free usage the problem occured the first time I placed an order with Kinetick in place.
Did you develop a fix for that condition?

I also seem to remember seeing the same problem with a /ES trade when I had Yahoo before the ZenFire connection. I know that that is not your connection order, but in my case, both times, the situation corrected itself when I closed the Yahoo connection and refreshed the chart. (Or, was it on the next trade?) Yahoo, like the Kinetic free feed is EOD, albeit one can also get delayed quotes from Yahoo.

Hello ntfrog,
Kyle is not in the office today - I am not sure what instructions he provided astrolobe after he send his log and trace files.
Can you please tell me to what data feeds you connect in NinjaTrader. Does it make a difference if you disconnect Kinetick?

These were Kyle's last instructions. I have not tried them yet as I am in the middle of a trade. Will try it on the weekend.
Unfortunately, I am not sure what causes the issue on your end. Can you please try an uninstall/reinstall as per the instructions below.
Create a backup file to save all settings and data as per the instructions at the following link.
Subsequently, uninstall NinjaTrader 7 via Windows Control Panel-->Programs and Features.
Manually delete the C:\-->Program Files-->NinjaTrader 7 folder (if still exist). Likely it has been removed, but please check anyway.
Delete the (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7 folder.
Clear your browser cache and download and install NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.6 from the link below.
Do not restore your backup file yet. Please start NinjaTrader and check if the PnL display in the chart resembles the PnL in ChartTrader.
If so, please restore your backup file and check once more.
