Continuous Alerts

Hello Ninjas,

I keep on getting alerts in the alerts windows (and sound alerts) even when there aren't any charts - and its driving me crazy....

Please tell how to make it stop??

Hello Carlton,

Thank you for your post.

Please open the Alerts window by going to File-->New-->Alerts to check for any alerts that may be generated. .

Also be sure to check other Workspaces you may have open and running in the background as well. You can see all open Workspaces by going to File-->Workspaces and all open workspaces will be listed at the bottom.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.
