Data collapse?

I have detected a situation than i would like to avoid if possible and if there is not any strong reason for it to happen.


Data in a chart collapse in many occations creating gaps or some extra lenght in actual gaps.

Thank you for your post.

This could be related to the Session Template and it's ability to limit the start and end times of data in a chart. If there is a gap in the time of one session's end to another's beginning then it could show that gap.

Can you please change your chart's Session Template to Default 24/7. To retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.

• Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
• In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.
