Just setting up charts to trade e-mini on ninja 7 but they are all coming up as 150 rather than 340 or 578,can anyone help me through this please as I am only new to all of it ,thanks

Thanks for posting.

Please right-click in your chart and select Data Series. In the Data Series menu, set the interval you'd like to use in the Value field which you'll find under the Period settings.

Kyle,Thanks for your reply,just did what you said but still opens as 150 tick,do I change it before I create charts?every thing else has worked but this one issue.

Hi rcon62,

It's a chart-by-chart setting, so you would need to define the interval you'll be using before opening the chart. That said, you could still change the same option by right clicking in the chart and accessing the data series menu that way.

kyle,done all that but still opening as 150 tick,is there something before I go to charts that I need to do apart from changing the values,it has got to be something simple that Iam missing.

Could you please provide me with an image of the Data Series window so I can take a look at your other settings? Perhaps there's something else at play here.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
