Cannot load data from IB

Hi,

I'm subscribed to two market data subscriptions on IB. US Securities and Xetra European Stars.

I have no problem to load Us data but no way to do it with Xetra. I attach screenshots of the error I receive. The example is based on the symbol bsn (http://www.teletrader.com/_markets/s...1500&minisite=)

IB didn't give me a final solution and told me to contanct NT

Thanks for your post.

Please remove and then re-add this instrument to your default list. When re-adding the instrument, please be sure to select the Xetra exchange.

I did it several times and it doesn't work. I tried with another symbol: Accor (AC) and it doesn't appear on the stock list. Even searching by description I don't find it. I can download data from TWS

Strange that should do the trick.

Please contact us at support at ninjatrader dot com via email. This way we can send you instruction we can login to the PC and play with the mapping to find out what the mapping needs to be for this symbol to work.
