hi,error on loading chart

hi,im useing the mbtrading with NT,i already have future account with mbtrading.
i try to open a chart for "Corn**" and "Big Dow $25**"or other future chart they all can not open.

Thanks for posting.

By the looks of it, the amount of data you're trying to load in this chart breaches MBT's data request limit.

Around how many days of data are being requested in this chart? If you scale back to, let's say, three days for a test does data load?

Hi djboon,

Do you have other charts running as well? You may need to close a few of those or wait a few minutes after loading your standard workspace in order to load a new chart.
