Making order

I am trying to buy some stock and that is what I get:
"Rejected: Order '2c06fe9d3f32443b91e0b9a601831683' can't be submitted: Instrument type 'Stock' is not supported by any provider connected."
For every type of order and stock name.
What can I do?

Are these live orders or simulation orders?

Who you current connected to for data?

Can you specify a few of the symbols you are trying to submit with?

Can you place a test order on another asset type such as currency or futures? Do you receive similar errors or do they work as expected?

Kinetick rea-time through a subscription?

Are are you using the Kinetick EOD free connection?

Not real time, the one that is setup on installation.

You can't place any orders using the Free EOD connection.

You will either need to use the "Simulated Data Feed" or subscribe to a live account with Kinetick or any of our supported data feeds.
