    TD Ameritrade connection spotty

    The control panel shows it as connected (green) but I notice the chart stalls. I have to reload historical data if I want to see the charts update. Is that an issue with TDA servers?

    Also the screener boxes (is that what there called) where it shows the bid and ask etc does not update. I've tried restarting, reconnecting but nothing.

    Incidentally I think on their platform there is a way to connect to a different server. Is there any way to do that fro NT7?

    Thanks for the note.

    A shutdown of NinjaTrader and reconnect can connect you to a different server. Might give this a quick try if you believe its the server causing issues.

    If still issues please let me know aht instrument and time frame and what is causing issues and iw ill connect up to my test TDA account and check into.
