I am looking at ZenFire, which does not have some of the indexes I would like to see (i.e. TICK). The indexes are available to me via Tradestation. I successfully set up the connection to use Zen as the primary and TS as the secondary via External Feed.
I would like to get my normal futures data via the primary connection and the indexes via the secondary connection.
Is this possible? (I think no)
If not, it would be nice to allow this functionality. NT already does this switch over for historical data if the primary does not support historical data. NT should check if the symbol is available, and then pull the data from the secondary if it is not available on the primary.
It would be fine to have some restrictions, like can not trade the secondary symbol etc. I just need to pull the data into a simple chart.
