Strat print lines not working with Kinetick connection

Hi,

I have both a paid Kinetick subscription and IB. When I connect to IB first and run a strat in backtest or real-time, the strat will run as expected (open/close positions, etc). I can tell the strat is working because I print a line to the output window on every bar, in this case it's a 1min period.

When I have a Kinetick connection for the strat (i.e. close both data connections, then open Kinetick), the strat doesn't seem to run because it's not printing to the output window in either backtest or real-time. I can tell I'm getting Kinetick data because my real-time charts are updating.

Is there something I need to configure so my strat runs under the Kinetick connection?

I've attached a sample strat for testing the print lines.

Thanks for the note.

Are you by chance starting this strategy in the chart. A common error is not to enable it. Enabling the strategy must be done in the strategies dialog when you add the strategy to the chart and is one of the parameters. Set enabled to true and it should run in historical and live. Please confirm is this is set to true.
