Charts not updating!

Hi there

I have just setup a new connection to kinetick but my charts are not updating. When I start NT7 or "Reload all historical data" all the data is there but it is not updating live! Time and Sales is also updating.

Hi Jason

I am now using Kinetick and it is my only data feed. When I bring up a time and sales I see the bid/ask updating along with the bid/ask size but not seeing any trades go thou in the bottom window. I have pulled up a new chart for FGBL sep11 and has the same result, not updating live but when I reload the data it updates the chart. We have been using a third party add-on for the last 6 months without a problem, it is T3 fib pro from NexGen. I hope I have answered all questions.

Can you please double check if your PC clock is set to the correct date and time.
