30-Day Fed Funds contract (ZQ) not working

Cannot trade the 30-Day Federal Funds contract (symbol FF and also ZQ).

Data is not coming through for either the SuperDOM or the chart.

Brokerage support said the problem is that the front month contract trades at a smaller tick than the rest of the contracts.

...But that's how it is. Eurodollars is the same way.

Eurodollar data does come in up the SuperDOM and chart... except for the front month.

I would like to trade these two contracts, including the front month . Can it be done?

Can you please clarify who your data provider is? Who is the broker?

I'm not sure about FF, but I know there are issues with ZQ we are looking into further with some providers. To see if this would be the same for your case, please clarify who you use for your connection.

Data provider is ZenFire. Broker is Mirus Futures.

I think ZQ is the right symbol. I believe it is the electronic contract and FF is pit-traded.

Which expiry of ZQ are you trying to bring up? (08-11, 09-11, 10-11, ##-##, etc.)

Was trying to bring up both the August and the September contracts. 08-11 and also 09-11.

This will allow real-time data, however historical will not be offered.
