according to my strategy on the EUR/USD, a sell order should have been launched and filled at 16:06 (gmt+1) today. Instead of that, NT has filled the order at 16:08:56
is the first time that such a mistake happens since I use NT (feb 2011).
I need an answer of what have happened. It makes me loose confidence on NT. What is more, I've lost money since at 16:06 mkt was at 1,4292 and at 16:08:56mkt was at 1,4282
The thing is that I was thinking on investing more money, but with such errors NT is untrustable, unless I receive a full and convince explanation
