Buy on bar Close Keyboard shortcut variation

Kindly please advise on the following how to: Trigger command to Buy Ask on the bar close but only if keyboard key (any designated) is pressed and held down within last 10% of bar copletion. So this means that Buy on Close order will be generated only when condition (keybord designated key is pressed or held within last phase of the bar plotted) is met. That is variation on egsisting Keyboard shortcut but giving NT more precise direction when to act.

Thank you for enlightment. I posted this request hoping for some advise or at least a hint where should I ask for assistance. This might be just a small modification to already egisting Hot Key function. Anywy Austin, thank you for your involvment.
