    BarSeries ids

Hi. I have a complicated strategy that is extendable... that is to say, it's a sort of meta strategy that can be configured to do different things. As such, the BarSeries that are added are data driven by the configuration. Since this is the case, the strategy itself needs to know which bar series is which... at runtime. The basic framework has any number of it's own barseries objects... then the extended part may add more. The code for the extended part needs to know the barseries numbers for the barseries that it adds... it can not be hardcoded. To do so it has to learn how many already exist and then start counting from there. Is there some runtime way to find out how many barseries there are already?
This is somewhat related to this post:

But I could not add a reply to that because of my forum privledges. Is there any way to fix that?

Hi Brillo, I'll have our IT admin look into the thread you cited.

Unfortunately dynamically adding series would not be supported in the framework, each script adds it's own series in it's Initialize().

That being said, this enhancement suggestion is already on our list for future consideration under # 405.
