    Ninja trader not coming up but it's runing

    Hi

    when i click on the nt icon it starts runing but not on the screen and i have to go to task manager ,process and end any runing nt.exe in order to be able to do it all over .
    How can i fix this

    lol, you've saved me running all kinds of virus scans on my PC by starting this thread! Luckily checked here first to see if it was just me.

    Yes, Im having the same thing happen.
    I can here the noise that ninja makes when it is connected and stuff, and can see it in task manager, but nothing other than that....

    some sort of weekend testing or something, maybe?

          You will find the Config.xml file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Config.xml

          Please send a note to Support[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com.

            connected but no Control Center

            I may have the same problem,
            I connect OK. I see the NT splash page and the connected wav. but there is no
            Control Center page coming up.
            My back up computer works ok.The difference between the two is the back up does not connect
            automatically

              Riverend,

              This is most likely caused by the Zen-Fire servers being down for maintenance and your main PC trying to automatically connect.

              If you'd like me to remove the auto-connect feature please follow the instructions in post #5.

                Thanks for your quick reply Cameron, I like the auto start feature. If the problem exists
                Monday I'll use the my back up computer.
