Hi,

I'm using SendMail() from a strategy and it works fine.

If I send a test mail from the Misc tab in Options it appears a message confirming the message was sent but I receive nothing.

It says in the reference that NT uses its own mail servers. Do I need a password?

Hello guillembm,

If the test mail does not work, please setup the 'Mail setup' under the Misc-tab as per your email provider. Enter their server address, port and your username and password information. If the email server uses secure sockets layer, please enable SSL.

If this will not work for you, please tell me what email you use.

Doesn't work.

my mail is gmail and I use the same settings displayed on this link http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...y?answer=77662

I see multiple settings displayed in that link. Can you please make sure you setup the 'Mail setup' fields as per the attached screenshot.

If you need to make any changes, please click OK and not Test. Once you clicked OK, please open the Options menu again and select the Misc-tab. Click the Test button and check if you receive an email.

My settings are the same except the user and password that are mine from gmail and "mail alert messages to" field where I wrote my own mail.

I found it. I just changed the gmail forwarding settings from "Enable POP for all mail" to " Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on"

it works
