I read in another topic to set the session template to 24/7, but that doesn't work. Any fix?

Blank charts
It doesn't matter if I connect to the Mirus demo or to Kinetick EOD, I get blank charts for every stock on the Dow30, Nasdaq100 or S&P500. The charts for FDAX, ES, NQ, YM, TF, ZB work just fine.

Hello Dommel,
Thank you for your note.
1) Mirus uses Zen-Fire for Market Data and Zen-Fire only supplies data for Futures.
2) Along the similar lines, the Kinetick End of Day feed only supplies daily data, but for Futures, Forex, Stocks and Indexes.
Please follow the instructions below.
- From the Control Center -> File -> Connect -> Kinetick End of Day
Once connected:
- File -> New -> Chart
- Select the instrument (symbol) you wish to view -> Press 'New'
- Set the 'Type' field to 'Day'
- Set the Session Template to 'Default 24/7'
- Press 'OK'
