Error Loading Chart

Every time I try to load a chart I get the message " Error loading chart data for " whatever" Globex: connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later.
I get the same message for Nymex and Nybot. In other words I cant open any charts.
This has been going on all night. It doesn't matter what chart I try to load, although the dom is working and the 2 charts I had open are working but if I try to load any new chart or change one I get this message.

Can you please restart NinjaTrader or reboot your computer and check if this will make a difference.

I just loaded historical data successful on my end from our server.

Please let me know if the issue remains.
