hi!can't not select other account.

hi,i purchase a license last night and try to use with my mbtrading account.
i can connect with my mbtrading account but when i open the chart i can not select other account ,i only can use "sim 101".
i alredy useing the MBT Navigator and i can see my account on the"account"menu.
please help me how i can select other account,

by the way,can you company provide a chinese version for ninjatrader?lot of chinese trader want to use ninjatrader but for the language problem.

Hello djboon,

Thank you for your post.

It could be that you are in Global Simulation Mode.

Make sure your Live license is entered under Help -> License Key, then go to the File menu and uncheck Global Simulation Mode.


After this open up a SuperDOM window or Chart trader and you will be able to toggle between your Live account(s) and the Sim 101 account.


Regarding adding additional support for additional languages has been suggested to our Development Team.

Hello djboon,

The error seems to indicate your account is not setup to trade the instrument in question.

Please contact your broker and check if they can authorize the instrument in question as per your account.
