Hi,

I'm having problems setting up an new currency pair

I have a feed from IQ and would like to add USDBRL. However, I receive an error saying "Error on loading chart data for '$USDBRL Default': E,Invalid symbol

Thanks for the post. I will have someone check into this on Monday. Can you please clarify the currency pair you're interested in viewing using the IQfeed connection? Your forum text says USDBRL but the screenshot is USDCAD.

The correct symbol will depend on your subscription package with IQFeed. For basic service, please try USDBRL.COMP as the symbol map.

Can you please clarify the symbol you were trying to use which generated the error? The screen shots were for another pair.

Sorry yes it's USDBRL

I've tried changing IQFeed to USDBRL.COMP but i get the same error

Also , all other ccy pairs that work are defined as EURUSD.FXCM for IQFeed
