Problems connecting NT through IB TWS

I just followed all the steps to connect NT through IB TWS and I can't see the Demo account on the NT interface.

After following the instructions explainde on this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/Connectio...tion-Guide.php I connect following these steps (my data feed comes from Kinetick) :

1. I startt TWS in demo mode.
2. I start NT. NT starts by default connecting to Kinetick.
3. Once NT is fully loaded I connect to IB.From this point I expect the IB demo account to be available in NT.
4. I open a chart and I start a strategy. On the General>>Account field of the strategy settings I try to switch to the IB demo account but it doesn't appear in the downloadable list.

Some tips:

1. "Always start in simulation" is disabled.
2. When I start NT a dialog from TWS appears to accept the connection. So I understand that it is correctly stablished.
3. NT and TWS are installed in a server with a firewall. All incoming ports are closed and outgoing are open. I understand that, if both applications ar being executed in the same server, opening ports is not an issue.

License issue

Yes, it was a license issue.Once purchased the license I can find the IB demo user but when I switch to the IB account the connection status seems to disappear. Is this OK?
