"Reverse at Stop" error

Today I did a "reverse at stop" and the new order was placed two ticks above the current stop loss order. Here is a shot. I have seen this a few times before but never been willing to be distracted enough to take the screen shot, but I did today.

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20110715 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20110715 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
