TS8 or IB better for data ?

Hi - I intend to refamiliarise myself with NT, initially via the Free version.
I want to check out the range bar functionality in a couple of futures markets only.

I have both TradeStation and IB intraday data available : does anyone have any recommendations as to which will be the simplest & most reliable connection with NT, please ?

I am not concerned about IB's snapshot data, but I AM concerned about reliability of the datafeed interface with NT.
