so what happens if the servers/connection of data feed one go down? ...and then back up?
how will I know what data feed it is connected to the strategy and at what time? or is that scenario also impossible?

You can define a backup connection in the account connection screen for a given connection. If this connection disconnects then it uses the backup connection for data. The backup connection needs to be connected as well.

If there's a recent case where you are unsure what connection was used for a data request, please send us your trace file for that day and indicate the time when you requested data. The trace file will indicate which connection name is used.

Thank you very much for your help. But you have ignored my question about 10 times now. Other than reopening and checking the trace file every two seconds - is there a way for me to know to which data feed a strategy is connected to in real time?

It's the first connection used. Unfortunately there's no other way to tell but I will send a suggestion to offer more transparency in this area. Thank you for your feedback. Your suggestion will be tracked using id # 1130.
