NT7 x64 wont start but x32 will?

Hi I have the following issue, yesterday I have reinstalled win7 due to some crashes and installed NT7 as well, I have a x64 bit one and I was able to run NT7 x64 yesterday without any problem, but today, after some win updates I cant get it to run at all. NT7x32 is running fine.

Please see the error msg, saying something is missing in DB in NT7 folder, yes I have already deleted NT7 and put it back with no success..

If the issue remains after uninstalling any SQL Compact Edition, please download and install SQL Compact Edition 3.5 SP2.
