NT7 hangs asking for tmp file at launch

Hi there,
every now and then when i open NT7 it launches the msi installer instead of the platform and it hangs looking for a tmpXX.tmp (replace XX with a random number).
The only choice i have is to completely remove NT7 and reinstall it (repair option doesn't help).
It frequently happens on two different machines.
Any advice?

The 'tmpXXXX.tmp' error indicates that the NinjaTrader uninstaller file is missing. Likely you have registry/cleaning software that removed the uninstaller file.

Yes, you will need to completely uninstall NinjaTrader using cleanup software to solve the issue.

I suggest to configure your registry/cleaning software so it will not cleanup files in the following folders:

(My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7
C:\-->Program Files-->NinjaTrader 7

I actually don't use any registry/filesystem cleaning software but could be my av program preventing changes, anyway now that i know the cause i can sort it out.
